Each person may hold a maximum of one account — if multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required at registration or at a later stage. This may involve submitting a national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.

• Mavibet does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees — fees from your bank or MFS operator may still apply.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies depending on your account level.

4. Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on Mavibet, please read the rules for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Mavibet voids it for specific reasons. In live betting, odds can change at any moment — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is declared void and the stake is returned to the account. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Mavibet reserves the right to void that bet.

To withdraw a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward this total.

• A promotion cannot be used more than once unless otherwise stated in its terms.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
